When we set up Digital Freight in 2009, we knew that comparatively few companies specialised in handling large, oversize and heavy consignments for international destinations.
We deliberately aimed for this sector of the marketplace, where we knew that reliability, value for money and quality of service would be appreciated. It is where we still have the majority of our clients.
Much of our success is due to the fact that we only recruit people who genuinely want to provide outstanding customer service – and because we are still owned and operated hands-on by the founder of our business.
Our services are as straightforward and efficient as possible, from placing your order with a knowledgeable operator (or by email, if you prefer) through convenient online track and trace facilities, to receiving proof of delivery by phone, email or online – confirming that your package arrived on schedule and at the correct destination. But although, as our name suggests, we embrace the very latest technology, we never regard it as a substitute for personal service.
